Documents – Hilperton Neighbourhood Plan and Referendum Timetable

The Hilperton Neighbourhood Development Plan  referendum is to be held on 1st November 2018. Documents relating to the Referendum have been released.  Links to these are available in the full news article.  These are the Hilperton Neighbourhood Development Plan Information Statement and the Statutory Information Statement.

Hilperton Neighbourhood Development Plan update – 22nd September.

The referendum on the plan will be held on the 1st November.  Hard copies of the plan are at Hilperton School, Marsh Road Store, and the Lion & Fiddle. Everything is also available on-line, simply click on NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN in the menu bar at the head of this page.

Parish Council vacancy update – 1st March 2018.

At its February meeting, the parish council co-opted a new councillor to fill the casual vacancy. Congratulations to Danny Swift from Hilperton Marsh and many thanks to everyone else who expressed an interest in the vacancy.

Parish Council precept – 17th January 2018

At its meeting last night, the parish council agreed not to increase its precept for the 2018/19 financial year.  This is the third successive year when the council has not made an increase.

New PCSO for Hilperton – 11th January 2018.

Hilperton has a new PCSO from 11th January – Melissa GLOVER. She will be covering the Trowbridge ET16 Rural Beat, which includes Hilperton and the other villages around Trowbridge.
