The Wiltshire Council working group has published its recommendations for the Hilperton area. They can be viewed at http://cms.wiltshire.gov.uk/mgA.aspx?M=10304&LLL=0 The final decision will be made by WC next Tuesday and the public are entitled to speak at the meeting.
