The minutes listed below are for a twelve month rolling period.  In time, items over this age will be archived, but still accessible from this web site. Please note that minutes are 'draft' until they are approved at the next appropriate meeting of the council.  Even then, 'approved' minutes may have had agreed amendments made to them.  Any such amendments will be shown in the minutes for the meeting at which the 'draft' minutes became 'approved'.
